Under the direction of Charles Morgan along with the village’s advisory board working together will research and secure funding through grants and endowments, provide technical assistance for our residents and families, conduct community workshops, and host forums focused on youth issues and initiatives. In addition, the Youth Bureau will directly manage the implementation of youth programming in our community.
