Youth Bureau

The Youth Bureau of the Village of Port Chester was established to organize and create a comprehensive plan to provide a positive road map focused on leading our youth towards a safe and successful path to adulthood.

Under the direction of Charles Morgan along with the village’s advisory board working together will research and secure funding through grants and endowments, provide technical assistance for our residents and families, conduct community workshops, and host forums focused on youth issues and initiatives.  In addition, the Youth Bureau will directly manage the implementation of youth programming in our community.

As a part of its mission, The Port Chester Youth Bureau collaborates with other youth service agencies around the village as they share a common goal of educating and empowering the youth of the village.
