The Village of Port Chester’s Beautification Commission will be holding its annual Beautify It! essay contest. The contest is open to all young people in Port Chester. Entrants must be under 18 and submit a one-page essay describing how she or he would like to beautify an area of the Village. Explain (1) why the area needs improvement, (2) what changes should be made, and (3) how the improvement will benefit the Village community overall.
