On Wednesday March 1st, the Board of Trustees will meet and discuss a resolution to waive/ modify enhanced public notice requirements under the Form Based Zoning Code for Local Laws I-18 and I-19 of 2022.
Authorized by Section 345-808 H, the board can modify/ waive certain obligations for notice, or amend same to include other actions, in effort to communicate the potential adoption of these local laws.
At this time, the waiver/ modification of the notice process is only being considered in conjunction with this specific pieces of legislation and not "code-wide" at this time.
