The Port Chester Board of Trustees desires to establish a study committee to undertake due diligence in review of the CD-5, CD-5W, CD-6 and CD-6T zones within the village’s form-based code.
The focus of this committee shall be to review, comment, and propose changes to all or some of these zones in the form of an advisory report to be delivered to the Board of Trustees.
To submit your interest in volunteering for this committee, please do so by sending letters of interest for consideration by the Board of Trustees through the Village Clerk’s office. Electronic submissions should be sent directly to Village Clerk Janusz using Clerk@PortChesterNY.Gov.
